Send a care package to a High School Program participant

High School Program participants have always received Running Start swag - personalized business cards, notebooks, pens, etc. During the pandemic, participants have received professional political items via mailed care packages, rather than upon their arrival to Washington, DC. The care packages all contain inspirational items in Running Start's signature orange, blues and pinks!
