Kim Ly

Programs & Operations Coordinator

Kim’s passion for increased representation in political leadership led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Arts in Government and a Minor in French and Francophone Studies from Hamilton College. During her undergraduate education, she was involved with multiple congressional campaigns and started to explore justice-oriented community engagement work. Kim continued her studies at University of Michigan, where she earned a Master’s of Arts in Higher Education with a concentration in Diversity and Social Justice. After graduation, Kim worked in higher education student affairs at a university service learning center. Kim joined the Running Start staff in 2023 as the

Programs and Operations Assistant.

In her free time, Kim enjoys iced coffee, finding new recipes to cook,

and browsing bookstores.
